Most importantly, give a description of the problem. Problems with the LCD screen are normally repaired at no charge. We recommend keeping a record of your camera serial number. BE SURE TO INCLUDE IN YOUR NOTE THIS STATEMENT : PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE PLUG IN THE BOTTOM OF THE CAMERA OR UNSOLDER ANY INTERNAL WIRES AS THIS IS USED IN A SCOUTING UNIT !! |
